炎琥宁与干扰素联合治疗小儿手足口病的效果研究

Efficacy of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate for Injection Combined With Interferon in Treatment of Children Patients With Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的 探究炎琥宁与干扰素联合治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法 搜集2014年4月~2015年8月在我院进行治疗的90例小儿手足口病患者,将其随机分为三组,Ⅰ组采取炎琥宁进行治疗,Ⅱ组采用干扰素进行治疗,Ⅲ组采用炎琥宁联合干扰素进行治疗,观察3组患者的治疗效果以及住院时间、退烧时间、疱疹消失时间。结果 Ⅰ组的治疗有效率为70.0%,Ⅱ组的治疗有效率为66.7%,Ⅲ组的治疗有效率为96.7%,3组患者的治疗效果存在差异,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 炎琥宁与干扰素联合治疗小儿手足口病能有效的缩短住院的时间、退烧时间和疱疹消失时间,临床效果较为显著。

Objective Clinical effect of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate for Injection combined with interferon in treatment of children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）is to be studied. Methods Chose 90 children patients with HFMD（hand-foot-mouth disease）who were treated in hospital from April 2014 to August 2015 and separated them into three groups at random,patients in group I were given Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate for Injection medication treatment,patients in group II were given interferon treatment,while patients in group III were given Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate for Injection combined with interferon treatment,and then made an observation on treatment effects and patients＇ hospitalization days,their fever abatement time and herpes disappeared time of these three groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in group I was 70.0%,and it was 66.7% in group II and 96.7% in group III,there was an efficacy differential of these three groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 0.05）. Conclusion Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate for Injection combined with interferon is of efficacy in treatment of children patients with HFMD（handfoot-mouth disease）,it is conducive to shortening patients＇ hospitalization days, promoting symptoms recovery of fever and herpes.
