红霉素与阿奇霉素联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床分析

Clinical Study on Erythromycin Combined With Azithromycin in Treatment of Children Patients With Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的 探究小儿支原体肺炎患者采用红霉素、阿奇霉素综合治疗的效果。方法 选取2014年3月~2015年6月收治的54例小儿支原体肺炎患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组29例患者选择红霉素和阿奇霉素的综合治疗,对照组25例患者仅选择阿奇霉素的治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗有效率为96.55%,对照组治疗的总有效率为84.0%。实验组患者治疗效有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 小儿支原体肺炎患者采用红霉素、阿奇霉素综合治疗,可在短时间内促使体征和身体症状得到改善,效果显著,无毒副作用。

Objective Comprehensive treatment effect of erythromycin combined with azithromycin for children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia is to be studied. Methods Chose 54 children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 and separated them into groups at random,29 patients in study group were given erythromycin combined with azithromycin medication treatment,while 25 patients in control group were given azithromycin medication treatment only,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was 96.55%,which was much higher than 84.0% in control group,there was an efficacy differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 0.05）. Conclusion Erythromycin combined with azithromycin medication is effective in treatment of children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia,it is conducive to relieving children patients＇ clinical symptoms in short time without side-effect.
