奥扎格雷与低分子肝素钙联合治疗脑血栓的效果研究

Efficacy of Ozagrel Combined With Low-molecular-weight Heparin Calcium in the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的 研究奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法 研究对象取2014年8月~2015年8月本院脑血栓74例,依照治疗用药差异分组。37例入对照组,给予低分子肝素钙治疗;在该基础上,对余37例应用奥扎格雷,即联合用药,入实验组,比较疗效。结果 实验组神经功能评分改善明显,治疗有效率高,脑神经恢复正常所需时间较短,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑血栓效果佳。

Objective Ozagrel combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment effect for cerebral thrombosis is to be studied. Methods Chose 74 patients of cerebral thrombosis who were treated in hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different medication treatments,37 patients in control group were given low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment only,while 37 patients in study group were given ozagrel combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment,and then compared treatment effects of between two groups. Results Patients＇ neurological function assessment score was improved much better and treatment efficacy was much higher in study group,besides,recovery time of patients＇ cranial nerve was shorter in study group,there was a differential between two groups（P 0.05）and such a differential had statistic value. Conclusion Ozagrel combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment is effective for cerebral thrombosis.
