摘要
目的 观察他克莫司联合激素治疗成人特发性膜性肾病（IMN）的疗效。方法 选择2013年8~2014年7月我院治疗的IMN患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分两组,各30例。对照组采用激素进行治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合他克莫司,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组患者生化指标改善效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 他克莫司联合激素治疗IMN能有效提高患者治疗效率,并提高患者康复效果,效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of adult with idiopathic membranous nephropathy（IMN）by tacrolimus united hormone. Methods We selected 60 cases of patients with IMN at our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014,randomly divided into two groups,each 30 cases. The control group was treated by hormone,and the treatment group was treated by tacrolimus based on the treatment method of the control group. The treatment effect of them were compared. Results The improve efficiency of biochemical criterion of the treatment group was significantly better than the control,there was statistical significance（P 0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly greater than the control,there was statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion That able to improve the therapeutic efficiency of IMN by tacrolimus united hormone,and improve the rehabilitation efficacy.
