摘要
目的 探究分析负荷剂量氯吡格雷治疗进展性脑卒中的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2012年5月~2015年5月于我院接受治疗的进展性脑卒中患者110例,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,各55例。采用常规方法对对照组患者进行治疗,观察组患者采用负荷剂量氯吡格雷进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者治疗总有效率分别为94.55%、81.82%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前后,各项试验指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;同时,两组患者不良反应率分别为1.82%、3.64%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 采用负荷剂量氯吡格雷对进展性脑卒中进行治疗,安全高效。
Objective To explore and analyse the effect analysis and safety of treating progressive stroke by load dosage of clopidogrel. Methods We selected 110 cases of patients with progressive stroke from the May 2012 to the May 2015 at our hospital,and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,each 55 cases,control group was treated by routine method,and the treatment group was treated by load dosage of clopidogrel,treatment effect and the adverse drug reaction were compared. Results The total treatment effect of this two groups was 94.55% and 81.82%,differences were statistically significant after compared（P 0.05）. The each test index was no statistical significance of the before and after treatment（P 0.05）. Meanwhile,the adverse drug reaction of them was 1.82% and 3.64%,differences were statistically significant after compared（P 0.05）. Conclusion To using the load dosage of clopidogrel for the progressive stroke that was safe and efficient.
