腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined With Drug in the Treatment of Infertile Patients With Endometriosis

目的 观察和探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者的临床疗效。方法 选择于2013年6月~2014年6月我院收治的子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组36例患者。对照组单纯在腹腔镜下进行手术治疗,观察组在腹腔镜基础给予孕三烯酮治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效,妊娠率,复发率以及不良反应的发生情况。结果 观察组的临床有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的86.11%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的妊娠率为27.78%,高于对照组16.67%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的复发率为19.44%,低于对照组36.11%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组和对照组的不良反应无差异（P〉0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者的临床有效率高,妊娠率高,复发率低,安全性高。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug in the the treatment of infertile patients with endometriosis. Methods We selected 72 cases of patients who were treate for infertile combined with endometriosis in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 as the reseach subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each group had 36 cases. The control group was treated under laparoscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with aparoscopic surgery combined with drug treatment. The clinical efficacy,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical efficiency of the observation group was 97.22%,while the control group was 86.11%,and there was a significantly difference（P 0.05）. The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 27.78%,while the control group was 16.67%,there was a significant difference（P 0.05）. The reocurrence of the observation group was 19.44%,which was significant lower than than control group（36.11%）,and there was a signicant difference（P 0.05）. There were no sinificant difference when compared with adverse events rate（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug in the the treatment of infertile patients with endometriosis high,the pregnancy rate is high,the re-ocurrence is low,it is very safe.
