加味增液汤治疗鼻咽癌患者放疗后口干症的疗效

Efficacy of Jiaweizengye Decoction for the Treatment of Xerostomia After Radiotherapy in Patients With Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的 观察研究加味增液汤治疗鼻咽癌患者放疗后口干症的疗效。方法 将2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的60例鼻咽癌患者分为两组,每组30例。两组均接受放射治疗,观察组同时应用增液汤加味辅助治疗。比较两组放疗后口干分级评分以及不同时点的唾液分泌量。结果 与对照组相比,放疗后观察组口干评分更优,二者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。放疗前两组唾液分泌量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;与对照组相比,放疗后观察组唾液分泌量更多,二者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对于鼻咽癌放疗患者来说,增液汤加味治疗可有效改善放疗所引起的口干症状,有利于保护唾液腺免遭放射性损伤,效果满意。

Objective To observe the curative effect of jiawei zengye decoction in the treatment of xerostomia in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods 60 cases of patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,the two groups were treated with radiotherapy,while the observation group was treated with the increase of liquid decoction,the two groups after radiotherapy xerostomia score and the secretion of saliva were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group after radiotherapy xerostomia score was better,there was statistical significance（P 0.05）,there was no significant difference in the amount of salivary secretion in the two groups before radiotherapy,the amount of saliva secreted in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after radiotherapy（P 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy,fluid increasing decoction treatment can effectively improve the radiotherapy induced symptoms of dry mouth,is conducive to the protection of salivary gland from radiation injury,and the effect is satisfied.
