瓜蒌薤白寄生汤治疗痰瘀闭阻型冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Efficacy of Gualouxiebaijisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Phlegm Stasis Impatency of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的 分析瓜蒌薤白寄生汤治疗痰瘀闭阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 我院于2014年1月~2015年6月对72例痰瘀闭阻型冠心病心绞痛患者进行了研究,将72例患者随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药基础上联合瓜蒌薤白寄生汤治疗。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后,观察组中医症候积分低于对照组,数据对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 瓜蒌薤白寄生汤治疗痰瘀闭阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze clinical effects of gualouxiebaijisheng decoction in the treatment of phlegm stasis impatency of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 72 patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were studied in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015,72 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group treated with tkam loranthi decoction based on routine western medicine. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of gualouxiebaijisheng decoction in the treatment of phlegm stasis impatency of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is significantly.
