中药熏洗联合手指压穴在中老年性跟痛症治疗中的价值探讨

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined Fingers Point in the Treatment of Senile Calcaneodynia

目的分析中药熏洗联合手指压穴在中老年性跟痛症治疗中的应用价值。方法将72例中老年性跟痛症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予中药熏洗联合手指压穴治疗,对照组给予常规足跟封闭治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合手指压穴在中老年性跟痛症治疗中的应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of traditional chinese medicine fumigation combined fingers point in the treatment of senile calcaneodynia. Methods 72 cases of senile calcaneodynia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was given traditional chinese medicine fumigation with finger pressure cavity therapy,the control group given conventional heel closed treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The observation group total effective rate was higher than the control group,data had a significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined fingers hole in a high application value in the treatment of senile calcaneodynia.
