摘要
目的 分析门诊中药房药患纠纷情况与对策。方法 选取我院2013年4月~2015年4月门诊中药房出现药患纠纷的624例处方,对药患纠纷发生原因进行分析,并探讨相应对策。结果 624张药患纠纷处方原因为:药品不良反应44.55%,患者拒绝用药21.47%,因患者不当要求而出现的药患纠纷12.18%,禁忌症用药6.09%,病情发展或改变4.17%,医生开错药2.56%;其他原因8.98%。结论 健全制度,完善管理,增强处方点评力度,提高临床药学服务水平,利于减少药患纠纷现象。
Objective To analyze the clinic TCM pharmacy medicine situation and countermeasures of disputes. Methods Select our hospital in April 2013 to April 2015 outpatient TCM pharmacy medicine 624 cases of disputes over the prescription,analyze the medicine causes of disputes,and discusses the corresponding countermeasures. Results 624 medicine prescription of dispute reason is: the adverse drug reactions,44.55% patients with drug declined to 21.47%,due to the improper patients and 12.18% of drugs with disputes,contraindications to use 6.09%,4.17% illness development or change,the doctor wrong medicine 2.56%,other reasons for 8.98%. Conclusion Sound system,perfect the management,strengthen prescription comment on strength,improve the level of clinical pharmacy services,to reduce medicine of disputes.
