摘要 目的分析不同时间点对微生物检品结果的影响。方法将1 200例微生物检验标本分为实验组和对照组各600例,实验组患者采集标本后立即送检,对照组采集标本放置2 h后送检。结果实验组非呼吸标本、血培养标本阳性检出率高于对照组,呼吸标本检出率低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),粪便阳性检出率对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在采集微生物标本后立即送检,可提高检验结果准确性。 Objective To analyze the effect of different time points on the results of microbial detection. Methods 1 200 cases of microbiological examination were divided into experimental group and control group,each of 600 cases. Patients in the experimental group were collected after inspection immediately,collecting specimens of the control group were placed 2 h after submission. Results In the experimental group,the positive detection rate of non respiratory and blood culture specimens was higher than that of the control group,the detection rate of respiratory specimens was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P 0.05),the positive detection rate was statistically significant(P 0.05). ConclusionThe inspection immediately in the acquisition of microbial samples,can improve the accuracy of test results.
