妊娠期糖尿病与糖尿病合并妊娠患者的动态血糖变化

Dynamic Changes of Blood Glucose in Patients With Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Pregnancy

目的对妊娠期糖尿病和糖尿病合并妊娠患者的动态血糖变化进行观察与比较。方法将我中心84例糖代谢异常孕妇分成两组,其中妊娠期糖尿病患者42例作为甲组,糖尿病合并妊娠患者42例作为乙组;随后对两组患者的动态血糖变化进行密切的观察。结果两组患者在早/午/晚餐血糖达峰时间、血糖波动系数以及持续高低血糖时间的比较上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病与糖尿病合并妊娠的动态血糖值存在一定的差异,因此,临床医生应依据糖代谢异常孕妇的实际血糖值,有针对性的给药。

Objective To observe and compare the dynamic blood glucose changes in patients with gestational diabetes and diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy. Methods Center 84 cases with abnormal glucose metabolism in pregnant women divided into two groups,42 cases of gestational diabetes as group A,42 patients with diabetes mellitus and pregnancy as group B,then the dynamic changes in blood glucose two groups of patients were closely observed. Results Two groups of patients in the B/L/D glucose peak time,blood glucose fluctuation coefficient and low blood sugar longer than the duration of the comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion There are some differences in gestational diabetes and pregnancy diabetes mellitus and glucose values,so the clinician should be based on actual blood glucose levels in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism,targeted drug delivery.
