肝内血管异常引流的超声及超声造影表现分析

Intrahepatic Vascular Ultrasound and Ultrasound Imaging Performance Analysis of Abnormal Drainage

目的 探讨肝内血管异常引流的超声及超声造影表现。方法 选取我院2014年7月~2015年7月收治的肝内血异常引流患者17例,均接受超声检查及超声造影,分析其超声及超声造影表现。结果 17例患者肝动脉门静脉瘘6例,门静脉肝静脉瘘9例,肝动脉肝静脉瘘2例,超声表现为门静脉、肝静脉或肝动脉囊状、管状或不规则形无回声区,且具有清晰边界、内壁光滑,受累血管表现为不同程度增宽。结论 超声及超声造影在肝内血管异常引流筛查及诊断中应用价值高。

Objective To study the ultrasound and ultrasound imaging of vascular abnormalities drainage in the liver. Methods From July 2014 to July 2014 were intrahepatic 17 patients with abnormal blood flow was elected to the study,were examined by ultrasound and ultrasound imaging,analysis of the ultrasound and ultrasound imaging manifestations. Results 17 cases of patients with hepatic artery portal venous fistula in 6 cases,portal venous hepatic vein fistula,9 cases of hepatic artery hepatic vein fistula in 2 cases,sonographic findings of portal vein,hepatic vein and hepatic artery cystic or irregular,tubular anechoic area,with clear boundary,the lining is smooth,and show the different degree of broadening affected blood vessels. Conclusion Ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in screening and diagnosis of intrahepatic vascular abnormalities drainage high application value.
