Analysis on Trans-vaginal Ultrasound Value in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的 探究经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值。方法 选取2014年9月~2015年9月我院收治的86例经阴道超声诊断为宫外孕患者的临床资料,将诊断结果和实际的手术结果相比较。结果 经阴道超声诊断为宫外孕的86例患者中经手术诊断验证实际宫外孕患者为84例,超声诊断的正确率为97.7%。结论 阴道超声诊断在宫外孕的检查中具有重要的价值意义,可以较为准确的反应病情的状况。

Objective Clinical value of trans-vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is to be studied. Methods We selected from 86 patients of ectopic pregnancy who were diagnosed in hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 and then compared patients＇ diagnosis results to their actual surgery results. Results There were 86 patients diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by trans-vaginal ultrasound and 84 of them were reaffirmed to be ectopic pregnancy by surgical diagnosis,thus,diagnosis accuracy of trans-vaginal ultrasound was up to 97.7%. Conclusion Trans-vaginal ultrasound is of value in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and it is rather accurate to reflect patients＇ illness condition.
