摘要
目的探讨护理干预对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床效果。方法随机将160例慢性肾小球肾炎患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组行舒适护理干预,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效、SAS与SDS评分、并发症发生率等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾小球肾炎患者实施护理干预可有效改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods We divided 160 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis into two groups randomly. Control group used routine nursing,and observation group used nursing intervention,compared clinical effect of two groups. Results The effective rate,complications rate,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly better than control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.
