摘要
目的探讨对2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者实施个性化护理的临床应用效果。方法选择我院100例2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者均为50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予个性化护理。结果通过对两组临床护理效果进行分析,观察组患者的临床护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者实施个性化护理具有较好的应用效果,能够有效提高患者护理满意度和治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of specific nursing for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group,the control group was given the general nursing,while the observation group was given the specific nursing based on general nursing.Results The satisfaction degree of clinical nursing in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the compliances in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of specific nursing for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with cerebral infarction is good,it can improve the satisfaction degree of clinical nursing and treatment compliance of patient.
