摘要
目的探讨妊娠糖尿病孕妇孕期护理的临床效果。方法随机将110例妊娠糖尿病孕妇平均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组行护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度、知识知晓率及血糖等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病孕妇孕期行护理干预能够有效控制孕妇血糖水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal care in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods We divided 60 patients into two groups.Control group used routine nursing,the observation group used humane service nursing intervention,compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction,knowledge awareness rate and blood glucose of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion The prenatal care can improve effectively control blood glucose of patients.
