老年肾透析患者的心理特点及护理分析

Analysis of Psychological Characteristics and Nursing of Elderly Patients With Renal Dialysis

目的 研究老年肾透析患者的心理特点以及护理措施。方法 我院选择2014年5月~2015年5月诊治的92例老年肾透析患者,对所选患者的心理特点进行分析,同时制定相应的护理措施。结果 老年透析患者的心理比较脆弱,容易产生多种消极心理,对透析效果产生影响,需要护理人员采取及时沟通,注意观察的方法来缓解不良情绪给患者带来的负面影响。结论 通过多种渠道、多种形式的健康指导,有效的缓解了患者的后顾之忧,让患者在生理及心理上接受透析治疗,能够积极配合护理人员的操作,保证透析平稳的度过,最大限度的降低并发症出现,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the psychological characteristics and nursing measures of senile renal dialysis patients. Methods 92 cases of senile renal dialysis patients were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015,and the psychological characteristics of the selected patients were analyzed,and the corresponding nursing measures were formulated. Results The psychological vulnerability of elderly dialysis patients,were easy to produce a variety of negative psychological,impact on the effect of dialysis,need to take timely communication,pay attention to observe the method to alleviate the negative impact of negative emotions. Conclusion Through a variety of channels,a variety of forms of health guidance,effectively alleviate the patient＇s worries,so that patients in physiological and psychological dialysis treatment,can actively cooperate with the operation of nursing staff to ensure the smooth and stable,reduce complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
