综合性护理干预对脑出血患者负性情绪、治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion,Treatment Compliance of Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨综合性护理干预对脑出血患者负性情绪、治疗依从性的影响。方法选择我院100例急性脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者予以常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上予以综合性护理干预,干预时间均为4周,观察两组患者治疗前后负性情绪的变化,比较其治疗依从性。结果干预4周后,两组患者汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05),观察组的治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预可改善患者的心理状态,提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative motion,treatment compliance and complication of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into the observation group（n=50）and the control group（n=50）,the control group were given routine nursing for 4 weeks,the observation group,were additionally given comprehensive nursing intervention for 4 weeks,the changes of negative emotion of patients in two groups before and after medical treatment were observed,and the complication were compared.Results After 4 weeks intervention,HAMD and HAMA scores of patients in two groups were declined obviously than before（P 0.05）,and the declining rate in observation group was higher than that in control group（P 0.05,the treatment compliance rate in observation group was higher that in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve improve the mental state,enhance the treatment compliance of patients.
