摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在垂体瘤经鼻切除术患者中的护理效果。方法将80例行垂体瘤经鼻切除术的患者分为干预组和对照组,给予对照组常规护理干预,干预组则在对照组基础上实施临床护理路径,对比分析两组患者护理效果。结果干预组住院时间、护理满意度、并发症发生率均优于对照组,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在垂体瘤经鼻切除术中有着较好的应用效果,安全性高。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with pituitary tumor resection. Methods 80 cases of pituitary tumor resection were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The intervention group was treated with clinical nursing pathway on the basis of control group. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications in the intervention group were better than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in pituitary tumor has a better effect,safety is high.
