心理护理干预对普外围手术期患者的影响

Psychological Nursing Intervention on Patients With General Peripheral Operation

目的探讨心理护理干预对普外围手术期患者的影响。方法选取我院120例普外手术患者,在围手术期随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上再给予系统化心理护理干预措施。结果两组患者入院时焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组和对照组患者焦虑、抑郁评分与入院时比较减轻(P<0.05),两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁,有利于促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing Intervention on patients with general peripheral operation. Methods 120 cases of surgical operation patients in perioperation period were divided into the observation group（n=60）and the control group（n=60）,the control group were given routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing,and then gave the systematic psychological nursing intervention.Results There were no statistically significant difference in anxiety,depression score on admission（P 0.05）,after the intervention,the observation group and the control group anxiety and depression score were significantly reduced（P 0.05）,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can reduce the patients with anxiety and depression,helps to promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
