围手术期心理护理干预对手外伤患者术后疼痛的影响

Influences of Perioperative Psychological Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Hand Trauma Patients

目的 分析围手术期心理护理干预对手外伤患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 将2012年2月~2015年3月收治于我院的手外伤患者106例为研究对象,采用电脑数字随机分组方式将其均分成观察组53例以及对照组53例。其中对照组患者采用常规护理;观察组患者加强对患者围术期的心理干预。采用抑郁量表和焦虑量表对患者的心理情况进行评分,并比较分析。结果 通过不同的护理方式后,观察组无论是抑郁评分还是焦虑评分,均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,组间比较差异具备统计学意义。结论 针对于手外伤患者,在对其进行护理的过程中,加强围术期的心理护理可降低患者的焦虑以及抑郁情绪,缓解患者疼痛。

Objective To analyze the influences of perioperative psychological nursing intervention on the postoperative pain of hand trauma patients. Methods 106 cases of hand trauma patients in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the observation group 53 cases and control group 53 cases according to the computer random method. In which the control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were added perioperative psychological intervention. The psychological situations were evaluated and compared with depression scale and anxiety scale. Results After different nursing methods,both of the depression score and anxiety score in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group（P 0.05）,difference with statistical significance between groups. Conclusion For the hand trauma patients,the perioperative psychological nursing can reduce the patients＇ anxiety and depression emotion,relieve patients＇ pain.
