ICU护士科研能力及相关因素调查研究

ICU Nurses' s Research Capacity and Related Factors Investigation

目的调查ICU专科护士科研能力现状,分析影响科研能力相关因素,探讨提升ICU护士科研能力的有效方法。方法采用护理人员自设问卷调查、护理人员科研能力自评表、中国护士工作压力源量表以及工作倦怠表,对我院60名ICU专科护理人员进行问卷调查。结果工作压力源与科研能力总分、文献查阅能力、科研设计能力、科研实践能力、资料处理能力呈负相关,工作倦怠、工作无成就感与科研能力呈负相关。结论 ICU专科护士分总体科研能力水平普遍较低,影响因素较多,今后需加强对ICU护士科研能力的培养。

Objective To investigate the status quo ICU nurse specialist research capacity,the ability to analyze the impact of scientific research relevant factors,explore effective ways to enhance the research capacity of ICU nurses. Methods Questionnaire own nurses,paramedics research capacity self-assessment form,chinese nurses work pressure and job burnout scale table 60 in our hospital ICU specialty nurses questionnaire. Results Working pressure source and research ability scores,ability literature review,research and design capabilities,research and practical ability,information processing ability were negatively correlated with job burnout,work without a sense of accomplishment and research capacity were negatively correlated. Conclusion ICU nurse specialist points overall research capacity level is generally low,the impact of many factors,the need to strengthen the training of future research capacity of ICU nurses.
