摘要
目的 研究成分输血在产后出血中的操作与护理。方法 随机选取我院2014年10月~2015年3月产科68例产后出血患者成分输血的操作与护理资料进行分析。结果 将该组68例患者按照产科护理的要求与程序进行护理,未出现1例输血不良反应。结论 针对产后出血病患在成分输血后依照医院产科护理的程序进行监护,能有效避免患者出现不良输血反应,从而能够确保患者的治疗安全。
Objective To study the operation and nursing of the component blood transfusion in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 68 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2014 to March 2015 were randomly selected to analyze the components of blood transfusion in patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Results The group of 68 patients in accordance with the requirements and procedures for nursing care,no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Aimed at the postpartum hemorrhage patients after transfusion of blood components in accordance with the procedures of obstetric nursing care,effectively avoid the adverse reaction in blood transfusion to patients,so as to ensure patient safety.
