中医辨证施护在老年性肺炎患者中应用分析

TCM Nursing in Senile Pneumonia Patients

目的 观察分析中医辨证施护在老年性肺炎患者中的临床应用价值。方法 选择我院2013年5月~2015年4月收治的老年性肺炎患者136例作为本次的研究对象,随机将其分为中医组和对照组,每组68例,对照组采用常规护理措施,中医组在常规护理的基础上实施中医辨证护理措施。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 中医组的治疗总有效率高于对照组（94.12%vs 82.35%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在常规护理措施的基础上根据患者的不同中医辨证分型进行对症护理,可以提高老年性肺炎的临床治疗效果。

Objective Observation and analysis of TCM nursing in elderly patients with pneumonia and its clinical application. Methods From May 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital treatment of 136 cases of aged patients with pneumonia as the object of study,randomly divided into group and a control group of traditional chinese medicine,68 patients in each group,the control group received routine care measures,the practitioners in conventional nursing based on nursing based on syndrome differentiation of traditional chinese medicine,comparison the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The practitioners of total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group（94.12% vs 82.35%）,there was a statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion In routine nursing care on the basis of different traditional chinese medicine syndromes in patients with symptomatic treatments can significantly improve clinical treatment effect of senile pneumonia.
