剖宫产术后疼痛的影响因素及临床护理要点分析

Analysis the Pain Influence Factors and Clinical Nursing Key Points After Cesarean Section

目的研究并分析剖宫产术后疼痛的影响因素及临床护理要点。方法收集行剖宫产术产妇的临床资料共115例,进行回顾性分析,总结术后疼痛的影响因素和有效的护理措施。结果剖宫产术后发生疼痛的影响因素包括了乳房胀痛、切口疼痛、子宫收缩疼痛、尿管留置疼痛等,通过围手术期的护理能够有效减轻患者疼痛。结论在行剖宫产术产妇的围手术期护理中,采用心理护理、注意力转移法、生活护理等措施能够有效帮助产妇减轻术后疼痛,保证母婴健康。

Objective To study and analyze the influencing factors and clinical nursing points of postoperative pain after cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 115 patients with cesarean section were collected and analyzed retrospectively,and the influencing factors and effective nursing measures were summarized. Results The factors influencing the incidence of pain after cesarean section included incision pain,breast pain,uterine contraction pain,pain by indwelling catheter,perioperative nursing care can effectively reduce the pain of patients. Conclusion In the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing cesarean section,the use of psychological care,attention transfer method,life care and other measures can effectively help patients reduce postoperative pain,ensure maternal and child health.
