浅议企业人才队伍建设的提升策略

摘要 人才是企业的核心竞争力。针对当前我国企业存在的人才队伍建设不力问题,根据现代企业人才发展理论,需要坚持唯才是举、持续培养、过程控制、激励与约束相结合以及能者上、平者让、庸者下的动态管理原则,明确企业人才队伍建设的可持续发展目标,从公开竟聘上岗、推进分类培养、规范绩效考评、注重有效激励、加强控制监管等方面着力,再辅之以强大的执行力,以此提升企业人才队伍建设的良好发展效能。
