江苏省政府经济发展绩效研究——基于消费的实证研究

On Government Performance of Economic Development in Jiangsu Province——An Empirical Study Based on Consumption

我国经济属于典型的后发经济,抓住后发优势的机遇,要求政府制度上的跟进与协调。由于拉动经济的三驾马车中,消费拉动是最为健康的发展方式,因此论文选择从消费的角度着手,选取江苏省数据,通过Eviews软件构建消费倾向模型,分析得出影响消费者当期消费倾向的主要因素为当期经济发展水平和居民前期消费水平,验证了政府在拉动消费方面的政策绩效;此外,文章还对2000年—2012年间的居民消费结构进行了分析,认为目前消费者的消费模式已向追求生活质量型转变,说明政府经济政策在优化居民消费结构,构建先进的消费模式方面也取得了较好的绩效。

The economy of China is a typical developing economy, which requires the government to seize the advantage of the opportunity, and offer the system following up and coordination.A mony the three measures to promote the economic development, consumption is the most healthy way, this paper,from the consumer point of view, select the data of Jiangsu Province, through the Eviews software to construct the propensity to con- sume model, analyzes the main factors influencing consumer consumption tendency,which is the level of cur- rent economic development and the consumption in prophase,and that verifies the government policy perfor- mance in stimulating consumption; in addition, the article also analyzes residents consumption structure based on the data of years of 2000-2012, the model of the consumer to pursue life quality transformation, demon- strates the government＇s economic policy has achieved a better performance in the optimization of consumption structure, and advanced the consumption patterns.
