摘要 针对现行水电厂能效评估指标少、流程不完整,以及评估软件通用性、复用性差等问题,建立覆盖水电厂各用能环节的多类型、层次能效评估指标体系,在传统能效评估流程之上增加节能潜力和反馈流程,使能效评估流程更注重实际应用,最后基于综合集成平台的面向服务技术,通过数据库采集更新,组件库主题搭建,知识图库知识积累,形成以节能评估为主题的具有多项优势的水电厂能效评估系统,并以刘家峡水电厂为例实现应用。结果表明,构建的模型及方法先进实用,评价的结果真实有效,可为水电厂能效评估、节能改造工作提供有效支撑。 Aiming at conquering the faults of hydropower plant energy efficient evaluation: evaluation index of energy efficiency is not comprehensive, energy efficiency evaluation process is not complete and evaluation software's versatility and reusability are not enough. This paper puts forward the multi-type and multi-level evaluation index system of energy efficiency that can cover more links. It increases the energy saving potential of energy efficiency and feedback process in the traditional evaluation above process in order to make the process serve for practical application. Basing on the technology of integrated platform of service-oriented, it makes a hydropower energy efficiency evaluation system which has many advantages, and through database gathering updates, component library subject building and library knowledge accumulation. Taking the Liujiaxia hydropower plant as an example, the result indicates that the method and system proposed by this paper are practical, real and effective, and they provide powerful support for the assessment of hydropower plant energy efficiency and energy-saving work.
