某含铬污泥综合利用项目铬的职业健康危害风险评估 被引量:2

Assessment on occupational health hazard risk by chromium of a certain comprehensive utilization project of chromium sludge

摘要 联合应用金属物质接触估计与评估法(MEASE)及新加坡有害化学品职业暴露半定量分析方法评估某钢厂含铬污泥综合利用项目铬暴露职业健康危害的健康风险。结果显示,含铬污泥综合处理人员预估皮肤暴露负荷范围为0.024~24 mg/d,铬吸入范围0.002~0.025 mg/m3;六价铬职业吸入暴露为高风险,吸入风险等级为高至较高风险。建议正常生产时,含铬污泥综合处理人员必须正确佩戴并定期更换有效的呼吸防护用品,避免皮肤的直接暴露,定期进行环境监测和健康监护。
