YPO_4:Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+)荧光粉的水热合成及白光发射 被引量:4

Hydrothermal preparation and white-light emission of YPO_4:Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+) phosphors

摘要 采用水热法,合成了YPO 4:xDy^(3+),0.06Eu^(3+)系列荧光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子散射能谱(EDS)、光致发光(PL)谱和长余辉光谱,分别对样品的物相、结构和PL进行了表征。XRD检测表明,合成的样品属四方晶系;荧光光谱测试表明,在234nm紫外光激发下,YPO4:xDy^(3+),0.06Eu^(3+)的发射光谱呈现Eu^(3+)的5 D7 0→7 F1(592nm,橙光)和5 D0→F2(618nm,红光)的发光峰;而在354nm的激发波长下,YPO^(3+)4 4:0.06Dy,0.06Eu^(3+)的发射光谱呈现Dy^(3+)的F9/2→6 H615/2(486nm、蓝光)和4 F9/2→H13/2(575nm、黄光)的发光峰,以及Eu^(3+)的5 D0→7 F1(592nm、橙光)和5 D0→7 F2(619nm、红光)的发光峰。对荧光衰减谱的双参数拟合证实了Dy^(3+)→Eu^(3+)能量传递的存在。色坐标图显示,在234nm紫外光激发下,YPO4:0.05Dy^(3+),0.06Eu^(3+)是很好的近紫外光激发下的白色荧光粉。 The YPO4:xDy^3+,0.06Eu^3+phosphors were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The prepared products were studied by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy and long-lasting phosphorescence.The results by XRD indicate that YPO4:0.05Dy^3+,0.06Eu^3+belongs to a tetragonal crystal system.Photoelectron spectroscopy measurement from YPO4:0.05Dy^3+,0.06Eu^3+reveals the binding energy of the elements onto the product surfaces.When excited by 234 nm,the characteristic emission peaks of Eu^3+due to the transitions of 5 D0→7 F1 at 592nm and 5 D0→7 F2 at 618nm were observed in the emission spectra of YPO4:xDy^3+,0.06Eu^3+.The emission spectra of YPO4:0.06Dy^3+,0.06Eu^3+excited by 354 nm are composed of blue(4 F9/2→6 H15/2,486nm)and yellow(4 F9/2→6 H13/2,575nm)emission peaks of Dy^3+,orange(5 D0→7 F1,592nm)and red(5 D0→7 F2,619nm)emission peaks of Eu^3+,and white light emission can be observed.The energy transfer is confirmed to occur between Dy^3+and Eu^3+when the decay spectrum of Dy^3+is fitted by a double-exponential function.From Commission Internationale de L′Eclairage(CIE)chromaticity diagram,it is noted that white light can be achieved in the emission spectra of YPO4:0.05Dy^3+,0.06Eu^3+phosphor at 234 nm excitation.
