法国伊斯兰布卡运动20年——政教分离传统下的本土治理和移民文化的纷争

The Burqa Movement in France for Last 20 Years:Conflicts between the Local Governance and Immigrant Culture in the Tradition of La(i|¨)cite

本文以法国穆斯林移民社区的布卡运动为研究对象,梳理较有影响力的公共事件,分析法国政府禁止穿戴伊斯兰遮面头巾的原因以及布卡运动的根源,呈现法国社会目前对于外来伊斯兰文明的矛盾心态及其尚未找到解决之道的困境,以及各社群尝试合力解决这一问题的进程,以期为有多民族文化融合现实之困的民族国家,从政策和社会层面解决不同文明之间的文化冲突提供借鉴。

By concentrating on the most influential public events in Burqa Movement in French Muslim immigrant communities,this paper analyzes the issues as follows：French government banning Muslims from wearing turbans,the origins of Islamic Burqa movement and the contradictory psychology of the French society in front of Islam civilization.The French society was frustrated for not being able to find a solution.However different associations have tried to tackle the problems.Hopefully this paper could provide some experiences in solving conflicts between different cultures and civilizations to those nation-states bothered by the difficulties of multicultural integration.
