自体颅骨修补的现状及前景 被引量:9

摘要 导致颅骨缺损的原因很多,如颅脑外伤,脑肿瘤,脑血管病,以及先天性疾病等,而颅骨修补是非常有必要的,一是可以保护脑组织,恢复颅内与颅外的解剖结构,达到轮廓的美观,以及提供对颅面部软组织的支撑;二是可以缓解因颅骨缺损带给患者严重的心理负担。颅骨修补材料虽然众多,但自体颅骨仍然被众多专家一致认可为最理想的修补材料。自体颅骨修补面临许多问题与挑战,本文章着重从以下几个方面探讨。
