头部针刺治疗不寐的临床研究进展

The clinical research progress of the scalp acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia

社区老年人长久失眠(不寐)会导致各种急慢性疾病,如高血压、冠心病甚至脑卒中等。近年来,临床常采用头部针刺治疗和头部针刺联合中医非药物疗法治疗不寐,具有较好的疗效、较小的副作用和安全、廉价的优势。本文综述头部针刺治疗不寐的研究进展。

A long time insomnia for community elderly people will lead to many acute or chronic diseases, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease and stroke. In recent years, the scalp acupuncture and scalp acupuncture with the nondrug therapy of the traditional Chinese medicine have been used in the treatment of insomnia, and had the good effect and the advantages of less side effect, safety and cheapness.This paper reviews the clinical research progress in the treatment of insomnia.
