舒缓疗护中患者家属作用探索

Exploration of the role of the family members of the patients in the palliative care

目的 :探讨如何提高家属在舒缓疗护中的作用。方法 :通过社区医务人员上门随访方式对上海20家社区卫生服务中心200名恶性肿瘤患者家属进行舒缓疗护知识和技能指导和干预,采用问卷调查比较干预前后参与者对舒缓疗护相关知识和技能方面的变化。结果 :与干预前相比,干预后参与者在舒缓医护知识和为患者提供帮助方面均获得较大改变(P<0.05)。在选择医疗方式方面,通过干预,文化程度不高的患者家属发生了明显变化(P<0.05)。结论 :患者家属参与和配合舒缓疗护对提高舒缓疗护效果具有积极作用。

Objective： To explore how to improve the role of the family members of the patients in the palliative care.Methods： Two hundred family members of the patients with the malignant tumor in 20 community health service centers of Shanghai were given the guidance and intervention of the knowledge and skill of the palliative care by the community medical personnel with the on-site follow-up way. The questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the intervention in order to compare the changes of the palliative care knowledge and skill in the participants. Results： Compared with pre-intervention, the knowledge of the palliative care and help provided to the patients were greatly changed in the participants after the intervention（P〈0.05）. In choosing the medical service method, those family members with a low level of education changed significantly after the intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The participation and cooperation of the family members of the patients plays a positive role in improving the effect of the palliative care.
