福建永安阿福农场珍稀树种繁育基地建设的对策思考

Strategic Thinking on the Construction of Breeding Center for Rare Tree Species on the Afu Farm in Yongan,Fujian

以福建永安阿福农场为研究对象,在问卷调查方法基础上,分析了其建设珍稀树种繁育基地的三大效益及其制约因素,并从注重官产学研合作、加强质量监督、提高资金使用效率、引进专业人才等四个方面针对性地提出了加强珍稀树种繁育基地建设的策略思考,以期充分发挥阿福农场珍稀树种资源的经济、生态和社会效益。

By taking the Afu farm in Yongan as an example and using questionnaire methods, this paper analyzed three major benefits of constructing the breeding center for rare tree species and its restrictive factors. Then, the strategic suggestions for strengthening the construction of breeding center for rare tree species were put forward from the four aspects of focusing on the cooperation of the government, industries, universities and institutes, strengthening quality supervision, increasing fund service efficiency, and introducing professional talents, thus to give the economical, eco- logical and social benefits of rare tree species into full play.
