顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱技术测定童装中残留挥发性有害物 被引量:2

GC/MS Analysis of Several Harmful Residue Volatile Organic Compounds in Children's Wear with HS-SPME Pretreatment

摘要 建立了采用顶空一固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)对童装中多种挥发性有害物进行快速定性定量分析的简易方法。优化了影响SPME效果的参数条件。在优化条件下,方法鉴定了童装中超过30种挥发性有机物,其中8种常见的对人体有害的挥发性有机物利用内标法进行了定量测定。和现有的方法相比较,该方法具有简单、快速、准确、成本低以及对环境友好等优点。利用建立好的HS-SPME-GC-MS方法对市场上随机采购的24个样品进行了测定,发现童装中普遍存在挥发性有害物的残留,含量分别在0.002~0.038mg/kg。 A simple and fast method by HS-SPME-GCMS for simultaneously monitoring several harmful residual volatile organic compounds in textile fabric was found. All factors which might affect the results such as the selection of fiber, the amount of sample, extraction temperature and time etc. were optimized. More than thirty volatile compounds in textile fabric were detected and eight of them which would be harmful to human health were quantitatively analyzed by internal standard method. Comparing with com- mon method, the new method was proved to be simple, fast, accurate, low-cost and environment-friendly. The method was used to the real monitoring for 24 textile fabric samples and most of them were found to have harmful residual volatile organic compounds ranging from 0.02-5.0 mg/kg.
