摘要
从政府、企业、民间组织和社会公众等孔子文化走出去的利益相关者分析出发,通过厘清它们在推动孔子文化走出去过程中各自所承担的不同责任和发挥的不同作用,以及它们之间的互动协同来分析孔子文化走出去动力机制的内部机理,从制度设计的宏观视角探讨孔子文化走出去动力机制的缺陷,认为政府职能与企业角色定位的双重失当是制约孔子文化走出去的主要原因,并提出改造与重构孔子文化走出去动力机制的逻辑导向,强调完善政府推动力、激发企业内生力和构建社会引导力的实践路径。
Analyzing such stakeholders who are involved in going out of Confucius culture as the governments, enterprises, folk organizations and social public, the paper clarifies their respectively different responsibilities and functions, as well as their interactive synergy in the process of promoting going out of Confucian culture, fur- ther exploring the internal dynamic mechanism of Confucian culture' s going out. The defects in dynamic mecha- nism of Confucian culture' s going out are discussed from a macro perspective of system design. It holds that the main reason restricting going out of Confucian culture lies in dual misconducts of governmental functions and en- terprise roles. Hence a logic-oriented approach is proposed to reform and reconstruct the dynamic mechanism of Confucian culture' s going out, emphasizing the practice of improving the governmental driving force, stimulating the enterprise' s endogenous force and constructing the society' s guiding force.
