摘要 本文从国内外奶业生产与贸易、奶牛育种与繁殖、营养与饲料、疾病控制、乳品安全与加工等方面对2014年奶牛产业的重要研究进展进行了综述。 This paper mainly summarizes the important research progress of dairy cattle industry in 2014, including the domestic and foreign study about dairy cattle production and trade, breeding and reproduction, nutrition and feed, disease control, environment control, dairy safety and processing, and so on.
