Wuthering Heights is an important text for literary criticism since twentieth century,but its implied concept of＂samsara＂（reincarnation）has long been neglected.The fate of the main characters as well as their families clearly reflects this serious topic.Samsara is a natural process of life,involving circulation of meeting and parting,convergence and divergence.An individual starts from one situation or state,experiences twists and turns,ups and downs,and eventually returns to his origin.Life is such an everlasting process in nature.The vicissitudes of Heathcliff,Catherine,Hendry,Harrington,and even Wuthering Heights as a whole,are all deeply involved in this concept.
