对高职院校顶岗实习的思考——以沧州职业技术学院为例

Reflection on Replacement Internship of Vocational Colleges——A Study case of Cangzhou Vocational College of Technology

顶岗实习是高职院校一种重要的教学模式,能极大地提高学生的实践能力,为学生顺利就业奠定坚实的基础,然而高职院校的顶岗实习存在诸多问题,有待于进一步研究解决。针对顶岗实习面临的困境,以沧州职业技术学院为例,提出了高职院校顶岗实习的建设方案。

Replacement internship is a kind of teaching mode in vocational colleges,which can greatly improve the students＇ practical abilities and lay solid foundation for the future employment.However,there are many kinds of problems in replacement internship of vocational college,which needs further research and proper solutions.The paper puts forward some constructive schemes on replacement internship in vocational colleges by taking Cangzhou Vocational College of Technology as an example.
