摘要 智能保护器的可靠投运是保证农村低压电网安全运行的基础,而公变台区漏电故障处理能力则是提高保护器投运率和运行可靠性的关键性技术保障。研发的智能保护器运维及漏电故障处理仿真培训系统,集智能保护器运行维护、漏电故障处理、保护器在线监测系统应用与异常处理等培训功能于一体,是采用"生产现场设备+虚拟电气量加载+故障模拟设置+软件控制"的"混仿"型仿真培训系统。通过全面介绍仿真培训系统的研发技术路线、功能实现和应用方法,指出该系统具有良好的应用前景。 Reliable operation of intelligent protector is essential to operation safety of rural power networks while handling capacity of leakage fault in public transformer district can technically ensure operation rate of protector and its operation reliability. The developed simulation and training system for intelligent protector operation and maintenance and its leakage fault handling, which integrates training functions such as intelligent protection operation and maintenance, leakage fault handling, online protector monitoring system and fault handling, is a "mixed" simulation and training system with "production field device +virtual electrical load +fault simulation setting +software control". By introducing technical line of the simulation and training system, function implementation and application method, the paper indicates that the system could be applied widely.
