摘要
以火电机组统一模型为基础,以热力系统经济性分析基本方程为依据,结合汽轮机变工况计算模型,进行了汽轮机级组内效率变化对机组能耗影响的分析。以东汽1 000 MW机组为研究对象,计算机组在不同负荷下级组内效率改变时机组的能耗影响,总结各级组内效率对机组供电煤耗率影响的强弱顺序及各缸级组内效率对能耗影响随机组负荷改变的变化规律,对火电机组的经济安全运行有积极的指导意义。
On the basis of the basic equations for economic analysis of thermodynamic system and in combination with unified model of coal-fired generating units, the paper analyzes influence of stage group efficiency change of steam turbine on energy consumption of the units. Taking 1 000 MW units produced by DFSTW as research object, the paper calculates the impact of efficiency change in stage group under different load on energy consumption of units and summarizes the sequence that how much the efficiency in stage group influences coal consumption rate as well as variation law that the impact of efficiency in stage group of cylinder on energy consumption varies in accordance to units load change, providing positive reference for economic and safe operation of coal-fired power generating units.
