《政府论上篇》的三种研究路向

Three Orientations in the Studies of the First One of Two Treatises of Government

随着洛克研究的深入展开,曾经备受冷落的《政府论上篇》开始受到学者们的重视,相关研究主要有三种路向:其一,是对写作的历史语境进行研究;其二,是强调自然权利的研究;其三,是强调基督教自然法的研究。这三种研究往往试图通过解读《上篇》为《下篇》定下基调,都想解决《政府论两篇》乃至整个洛克政治哲学的融贯性问题。由此可见,学者们已经充分展示了洛克政治哲学的多种复杂面相,完全拒绝了简单的意识形态化解读。

With the deepening of Locke studies,scholars begin to pay more attention to the once neglected first piece of Two Treatises of Government.There are three orientations in the studies of the First Treatise：focus on the historical context of Locke＇s writing,focus on the elements of natural rights,and focus on the elements of natural law.All the studies try to interpret the First Treatise as the premise of the Second Treatise,and work out the coherence between the Two Treatises,even that among Locke＇s political philosophy.Obviously scholars have fully demonstrated the complexity of Locke＇s political philosophy,and rejected those simply ideological interpretations.
