摘要
波兰裔英国小说家约瑟夫·康拉德是英国文学史上著名作家,处于20世纪文学转型期的康拉德是一个勇于革新的文学实验者,他努力摆脱传统叙事方式的束缚,采用一系列新的叙事程序来架构作品。在俄国形式主义的关照下,围绕"文学性",可以分析其小说叙事中的"陌生化"手法,从叙事背景、叙事视角、叙事结构和叙事语言四个角度,通过对作品形式的关注,打开通向文本深层意义世界的大门,并了解其独特风格特征在文学史和文学理论发展中的意义与作用。
The Polish-British novelist Joseph Conrad was a famous writer in the history of English literature. As an ingenious experimenter in the literary transition of the twentieth century, he made great efforts to get rid of the bondage of traditional narrative mode and employed a series of new narrative devices to construct his works. In line with the theory of Russian formalism and especially that about the literariness, we try to show the defamiliarization devices in Conrad's works in detail from four aspects: narrative backgrounds, narrative perspective, narrative structure and narrative language. By the form of works, we could open the door to the deeper meaning world of text and understand the significance and effects of his unique literary style in the development of literary history and theory.
