微生态制剂对结肠癌术后患者免疫营养状况及预后的影响

Effect of Micro Ecological Preparations on the Immune Nutritional Status and Post-operative Prognosis of Colon Cancer Patients

目的探讨微生态免疫营养制剂对结肠癌术后患者免疫营养状况及预后的影响。方法将80例结肠癌手术后患者随机分为研究组(肠内营养、微生态制剂,38例)和对照组(肠内营养,42例),两组均给予等氮等热卡,观察并比较两组术前1 d及术后第14天的营养、免疫、肠道功能恢复状况和住院时间。结果与对照组比较,术后第14天体重(BW)、血红蛋白(HGB)、白蛋白(ALB)、Ig A与CD3+CD8+T细胞水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001);与对照组比较,术后第1次排气、排便时间、术后住院时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论结肠癌术后患者在肠内营养基础上加用微生态制剂,有助于提高免疫力,改善营养状况,促进肠道功能恢复和缩短住院日。

Objective To investigate the effect of micro ecological preparations on the immune nutritional status and post-operative prognosis of colon cancer patients. Methods A total of 80 colon cancer patients after the surgery were randomly divided into study group（ enteral nutrition ＋ micro ecological preparations,n = 38） and control group（ enteral nutrition,n = 42）,and same nitrogen and calorie were given to the two groups. The nutritional,immune status,recovery of enteral function and hospitalization time 1 d before the surgery and 14 d after the surgery were observed and compared.Results Compared with those in control group,there were significant differences in body weight（ BW）,hemoglobin（ HGB）,albumin（ ALB）,Ig A and CD3＋CD8＋T cell levels 14 d after the surgery in the study group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; the first exhaust and defecation time,postoperative hospitalization time showed significant differences in the study group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The micro ecological preparations based on enteral nutrition may improve immunity and nutrition status,promote recovery of enteral function and shorten hospitalization time of colon cancer patients after the surgery.
