摘要 在分析电气火灾主要原因的基础上,根据相关国家标准及电气火灾特性、着火原理及过程,设计接触电阻过大、短路与过载导致火灾的模拟实验装置。装置包括设备箱和实验平台两部分。介绍实验装置的设计方案及工作原理,介绍各部件的选型及设备的调试。进行演示实验测试,表明在保证安全的条件下,灾验装置能够实现预期功能,模拟并监测不同原因引起着火的数据和过程。 Based on analysis of the main causes of electrical fire, according to the nation standards, electrical fire properties, fire principle and process,a simulation test device which can test the electrical fire caused by too large contact resistance, short circuit and electrical load was designed. This device includes equipment box and test platform. The design project and working principle of this device were introduced, and the selection of component and debugging of device were introduced too. Demonstrative ex- periment showed that the device could actualize the expected function of simulating and testing the date and progress of fire caused by different reasons under the safety condition.
