氮-磷膨胀阻燃剂的改进及应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了降低聚苯乙烯(PS)的热危害,对传统氮-磷膨胀阻燃体系聚磷酸铵(APP)/双季戊四醇(DPER)进行了改进,制备三聚氰胺甲醛树脂包覆聚磷酸铵(MFAPP)/三聚氰胺甲醛树脂包覆双季戊四醇(MFDPER)、硅烷改性APP/MFDPER、硅烷改性APP/三嗪成炭剂(CFA)三组不同膨胀阻燃剂(IFR),与PS熔融共混后通过极限氧指数、锥形量热仪进行燃烧性能研究,并利用扫描电子显微镜分析残炭形貌。结果表明硅烷改性APP能有效提高PS的阻燃性,CFA能有效提高PS燃烧的成炭量。 In order to reduce the thermal hazard of polystyrene (PS), the tractitional nitrogen-phosphorus intumescenl flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate (APP)/dipentaerythritol (DPER) was improved. Three kinds of IFR were made, namely Melamine formaldehyde resin coaled APP (MFAPP)/Melamihw formaldehyde resin coaled dipentaerythrilol (MFI)PER). silane-rnodified APP/MFDPER, and silane-modified APP/triazinc charring agent (CFA). After inch blending with PS, the combustion performance of samples were studied by limiting ox ygen index and cone calorimeter, and the carhon residue of sam pies was studied hy scanning electron microscope. The resuhs showed that the silaneqnodified APP can improve the polystyrene retardancy, and CFA can effectively improve the carbon content of PS.
