摘要
通过表面改性的方法,在彩钢板表面引入环状磷腈阻燃单体,分析引发剂质量分数、交联剂质量分数及单体质量分数对接枝率的影响。结果发现,引发剂质量分数8%、交联剂质量分数0.8%、单体质量分数12%时制备的阻燃彩钢板具有最好的阻燃性能。并通过衰减全反射红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对改性前后彩钢材料表面的化学组成和形貌结构进行表征,进一步证明了阻燃性能的提高。
Through surface modification method, grafting Phos- phorus Derivatives monomer onto color steel plate matrix, ana- lyze the influence of mass fraction of initiator, crosslinking a- gent and Phosphorus Derivatives monomer on grafting ratio, the results showed that as the mass fraction of initiator, crosslink- ing agent and Phosphorus Derivatives rnonomer is 8 %, 8‰ and 12% separately the flame retardant performance was the best. In addition, the fourier transforminfrared spectra (FT- IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to charac- terize the chemical and morphology changes of theplate matrix, which proved the improvement of the flame retardancy.
