摘要
在分析急流水域孤岛被困事故特点、类型的基础上,结合消防部队救援现状,提出了切实有效的救援方法。阐明了其技术要点,包括建立锚点系统、制作机械省力系统、架设绳桥等。分步骤详细介绍水平救援和垂直救援两种急流水域孤岛救援方法。
The features and types of accident of personnel trapped on island in current were analyzed. Combining with the situation of fire brigade rescue, the effective rescue method was put forward. The technical key points were clarified, namely building anchor, making mechanical energy saving system, set- ting up rope bridge, etc. The rescue method of horizontal and vertical rescue was introduced step by step in details.
